Machine structure and characteristics
Finite element analysis technique was used during production, machine body use high strength casting iron. We also use aging, sandblasting, tempering process to ensure the stability of machine tool accuracy during long-term use.
The main basis, machine body, slider, table, column, spindle box adopts high strength cast-iron material. Reinforcement mesh structure was used inside.
It apply three dimensional variable optimization technique, reduce the Vibration during working.
It use high speed spindle unit with high rigidity. X/Y/Z axis uses high torque servo motor.
X/Y/Z axis use Taiwan high precision ball screw, high strength and high precision imported Japanese NSK bearing lock.
X/Y/Z axis use Taiwan production of heavy load guide line, and increased width of guide line of Z axis. These device not only increase the precision of machine, but also increase the strength of this machine.
